Biff knew very little of Nuria. He only knew that Nuria was a big player in the region, and worked with Grim and Lurtor. Granted, Grim and Lurtor weren’t the best advocates, but also not unworthy references.
Biff had a quick “day off”, and caught Nuria after a meeting at the Cold Draft.
