format:

Character Name
Psychic Bonus chosen
Mission Event the reward is from.

For example Khalid Phoenixkiller gained 1 bonus Psychic from a mission he would write

Khalid Phoenixkiller
time stop chosen
Reward for Week 1 Pregame mission TS GL3 (or mission name: Death vs the Lion of Death and other stories. )

that is just example. not saying he got it
