At the begining of the party but before the Launch, Lalder would make a trip to the Island to see mag buskt. Sending a messenger ahead to make sure he could meet with Mag Buskt and meet with him without Olgog the Olgog. And that the need is urgent.
On Entrance, Lalder would be respectful to the Elder Chief and said “Greeting Mag Buskt, it has been a while and a bit better circumstances than the last time we meet. And I’m glad the hostility was lessened in this time. But I need to tell you of things, so I think your Champion may not realize or is maybe misleading you. But please hear me out and you decide which.
First a warning. You may know of this as I’ve tried to pass warnings through Godart. The Neliffs are back and have been infesting at least the Yyan. If you do not know, Neliffs are evil creatures that plant larva in hosts, but are far worse than the QUall. ANd they support the Warmonger. Unit 817 can help detect them, but I expect you maybe able to sense them too.
Finally, what has brought me here. This launch of a spaceship is not a good idea. In fact it could cause great harm to your island and maybe all Olgogs. Things have changed, but we are not ready to announce to the world our abilities and tech. And we cannot take on those like the Iron Republic.
The Iron Republic I’m told is a very evil organization that has kicked the butts of the EEF and earthers in the past. At some time the IR came to an agreement with the EEF to stop the fighting. This allows no other ships in orbit that are not approved by both parties. Any others are given a warning before Orbit and shot down.
I have confirmed this with the EEF. The ship will be shot down before it reaches Orbit. This is to protect us as much as them.
If the ship reaches orbit, the IR could decide to orbitally bomb the launch zone. Think what your champion did to Tla’loc’al with the exception your gogs don’t live in the deep caves like us.
Next, the IR could even decide to invade the south to checkout us to see our tech levels. This may even spread farther than your island to the rest of us. This could put us all dead or at war.
Other than pride, there is little value in this launch. Godart is not the first Olgog with a space ship. And his crew won’t be the first Olgogs in Space. There is only risk and no benefit.
I know you don’t want to hear this but remember, OtO is not well thought of or trusted in the Colonies. I doubt the EEF would allow him access to space, especially after his actions the last time when he Orbitially bombed Tla’loc’al! Let me play this video.”
Lalder sets down a player handed to him by the eef showing OtO trying to delay other Olgogs from join the colonies. The part Lalder makes sure Mag Buskt hears is:
OtO saying “I intent to take everything below the 38th parallel. It will become a new nation distinct from the colonies. It will be maintained by me militarily, just as the EEF maintains the colonies.”
Lalder says “Your Champion plots. This isn’t about your territories and he also makes no mention of you, just him. He is building weapons beyond needed forcing an arms race. He has built Power armor and even Cloned himself. This ship will be viewed not as an achievement, but as a way for OtO to gain access to space and what way is OtO going to turn it into a weapon.
Please cancel this Launch for these reasons and more.

With that, Lalder will leave and head back to the Carrier. Staying in Contact with the EEF and mimizing any damage done. Lalder will support the EEF actions that shoot down the space ship.
Attacks
Lalder will defend/assist Mag Buskt against attacks (but not OtO).
Transport
Lalder will arrive and leave in his Lur Union Fighter. His ship will be escorted by 2 other fighters with crews. Crews will stay with the ships. Then stage off to one of the Carriers that is hidden with its reflective shields up.

(OOC I will put many different ways of planting the artifact, Impersonating a mechanic, pilot, or just teleporting it to the right location. Not sure which way would work or Lurtor would have an opportunity to do. So left options open. )
Artifact - Reverse Metal
Lurtor had requested an item from Lalder, one he hoped would do nothing, but should keep the ship from the. He would ask for 2 of them. (One for Kolgol)
The artifact would be a one time use reverse metal artifact that will activates at a certain altitude then disintegrates after activation. After getting above a minimum altitude without hitting the max, it will still disintegrate without activating. This item would additionally be artificed with protective aura and conceal. (Lalder would mask any signs he made it).
The plan is for the artifact to be attached to the ship near the engine or in the ship. When activated, it will crush the near by area like engines, or deform the ship enough to not be able to make it too space.
Lurtor Thoughts:
Lurtor thought “He knew that someone had to prevent this launch. It would be bad for so many if it succeeded.
He was going between the knight and the assassin. But here, the two would join. He would use the shadows where he felt at home with his skills to protect many. Once the task was done he would enjoy some time off…. @#$@#$ next is neliffs. He will destroy them here as well…
But this ship should not make orbit otherwise many would die.“
Kolgol
Lurtor will work with Kolgol, and if he has a better idea or chance, Lurtor will work with him as a team.
Base of Operations while scouting
If the guards are not using ground detections or penatration, Lurtor will create some bunkers use to sleep and meet in. He will always keep an escape route out or teleportation as well. Otherwise caves in the volcano with the help of Kolgol. Lurtor would summon an Earth elemental to help with work to difficult or skilled for himself.
Transport
Many options, growing wings, teleportation, and Shadow jumps. A fighter would drop them off at a point far enough away to avoid detection of the dropoff. There they will make their way in undetected.
Scouting
Lurtor would stash some equipment into a hidden area on the volcano. Teleporting in if possible before the island locks down (Since he’s been there before). In this he would scout the areas and patrols staying in the shadows, letting them envelop him. Keeping his body heat hidden as well as himself from sight. Lurtor would summon an air elemental invisible to most to assist in his scouting.
Neliffs
Any Nelifs detected would be marked who they are, kept at distance, and killed if possible. Bodies disposed of.
Disguise:
Lurtor will use his disguise to walk around. He would allow his Bruski weapon to be peacebound, while keeping his bag stowed and concealed. If it looks like he can’t get in from his scouting, he’ll stay hidden and let Kolgol know
Planting the Device:
He nor Kolgol should risk capture. But Lurtor had two ways to get the artifact attached. Lurtor just needed to see the ship, and not even up close. He grabbed the device, and reached through the shadow in his pocket and placed the artifact in an area out of sight moments. (aka teleporitng just the device).
If teleporting the item, Lurtor would find a way to breakin a plant the device inside the ship. He could impersonate one of the workers that has access to the hanger.
Impersonate Pilot or mechanic
If all chances to get close to the plane fail, Lurtor will stalk/track the pilot or mechanic, double checking that if he replaced either, they would not press zella to him. Or if there would that his replacement happened after this check. Lurtor would knock out his target with his healing leyas and hide the person so they would not appear. Then he would mimic them. Allowing him access to the ship to place the artifact.
Patrols:
While scouting, Lurtor would avoid them all. Dead patrols would just announce his presence.
Escape:
Lurtor would meetup with Kogol and leave after the launch or when the device was planted. Escape options are jumping to the volcano, duck away and teleport/shadow jump out. Or hitching a ride on a leaving ship. Lalder’s Fighters are an option depending on timing.
OtO Clones:
Lurtor will avoid OtO. But, Lurtor did owe them for the shot in the face and with so many around due to clones, who would miss 1, 2 or 5. Lurtor is not against stepping out of the comforting shadows and slitting OtO’s throat with the demon forged dagger and his Dragon Rings strength. IF by the volcano, Lurtor will drop the body in there.
