An envoy to the tribe of Tor'Lallur

#1

A foreign olgog arrived in the lands of Tor’Lallur. He was dressed in nightmare hide armor devoid of any markings or symbols. A carved wooden mask covered his face and shrouded him in anonymity. He knew the rough area of the tribe from past interactions with the tribe, and as he strode past the warning markers he deactivated the wilderness camo artificed onto his earring and began to look about for signs of civilization. He would continue until he found someone who could bring him to the leadership of Tor’Lallur, as he had an important message for the tribe.

The Envoy was escorted by a pair of Tor’Lallur tribesmen and taken before Tor’og, head Mak’ab and leader of Tor’Lallur. Tor’og looked the envoy up and down “Who you? Why come Tor’Lallur home?”

The messenger kneeled before the gathered leaders.

“Greetings, I am Tor’gol of Ka’Rhug. Whatever you may have heard of our tribe, I assure you, I come to you in peace. Our people are assaulted by war and we seek refuge. Many in our tribe are citizens, craftsgogs, and farmers, innocent of the crimes our tribe has been branded to die for. I have been tasked with finding a safe place for such citizenry to establish a temporary home, and due to our tribe’s past relations, I decided it was worth a shot to come here. After all, we once came to your defense in your time of need, and even established our very own pit near our home.”

“My request is this, that we be allowed to make a home near here, in the south where we will not draw undue attention from our mutual enemies. In exchange for this allowance, we offer the skills of our tribe, and the added defense of our warriors. We have masons that are skilled in stonework, and our farmers will be able to cultivate farms that can produce more food for both our tribe and yours. What say you? I am open to haggling the terms if you wish.”
